  • NOT Retired – survivor no – non hd – marital portion valued as of date of divorce – early retirement reduction if applicable
  • NOT Retired – survivor no – non hd – percent valued as of date of divorce – early retirement reduction if applicable
  • NOT Retired – survivor YES – non hd – dollar amount identified – early retirement reduction if applicable
  • NOT Retired- survivor yes – hd and non hd dollar amount
  • Retired Disab already – yes survivor – 50% on date of divorce
  • RETIRED -hd – surivor option cannot change – flat dollar amount at HD rate
