The Connecticut Teachers’ Retirement System (TRS) is governed by Chapter 167a of the Connecticut General Statutes as amended through the current session of the State Legislature.
TRS is available as a retirement plan option to select teachers employed by the state in an educational role as defined by Chapter 167a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
