4. When will I receive my IRS Form 1099R for filing my income taxes?
A Retiree Annual Statement including IRS Form 1099-R will be mailed to all CMERS benefit recipients by January 31 every year. It is thus very important that CMERS has your most up to date address so that you will receive this tax form.
