1. What is the 457 Plan?
The State of Connecticut 457 Plan is a voluntary retirement program that gives you the opportunity to save for retirement to supplement the benefit you will receive from your mandatory retirement plan. You choose how much to contribute, and your contribution is deducted directly from your paycheck
