41. How do obtain a copy of my 1099R?
- State Retirees: You can access your 1099Rs via the retiree portal by going to www.retirees.ct.gov. You will need to disable your pop-up blocker to access the pay advice information. If you are still having issues with the retiree portal or need to reset your password, please let us know or call our Customer Service Center at 860-702-3480. Select Option 2, then Option 3. Our staff is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and we will assist you over the phone.
