4. Am I eligible for medical/dental benefits in retirement?
- In order to be eligible for medical/dental benefits in retirement, you must meet the criteria outlined in Section II.A. of the following memorandum: /2013memos/healthcare/201306hp.htm
- In most cases, members of Tiers III and IV must complete 15 years of actual state service and transition directly to retirement in order to be eligible for healthcare benefits in retirement.
