- Revisions to any GAAP forms previously submitted must be emailed to OSC.ACFRreporting@ct.gov with the revisions clearly marked.
- Amounts must be rounded, no decimals, no periods.
- You can submit each form separately.
- You can submit them any time. However, each form can only be submitted once. Therefore, make sure your form is completed and reviewed before you hit “Submit”.
