TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

This memorandum lists the 2015 due dates for payroll provisions of collective bargaining contracts. The information is arranged by collective bargaining unit. Please refer to the memoranda indicated with each collective bargaining unit for payroll procedures.

Longevity Payments
Longevity payments will be made in 2015 to all applicable employees.
The check dates will be 4/17/2015 and 10/16/2015.

NP-1 State Police (See Interdepartmental Memorandum dated March 21, 2014)

EMT P Stipend - employees certified as Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic (EMT P) and where such training is directly job related - $3,700 payable quarterly - check dates 1/23/2015, 4/17/2015, 7/24/2015 and 10/16/2015
MRT Skill Premium - $200 - employees required by agency to be certified - check date 10/16/2015
Instructional Stipend - $225 - payable annually - check date 10/16/2015
Dog Handlers - $200 monthly stipend
Unpleasant Duty Stipend - DEP personnel assigned to fish hatcheries - $85 monthly stipend
