This is a graph that shows Connecticut's Uninsured as a Percent of Total Population and as a Percent of Non-Elderly Population. Non-elderly is defined as under the age of 65. In 1995, 8.8 percent of Connecticut's total population was uninsured; 10.3 percent of Connecticut's non-elderly population was uninsured. In 1996, 11 percent of Connecticut's total population was uninsured; 12.4 percent of Connecticut's non-elderly population was uninsured.
