MINUTES OF MEETING

September 13, 2017

The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m. and asked the members to consider Item II on the agenda, the approval of the agenda.

Mr. Casella moved, seconded by Mr. Carey to approve the agenda. All voted in favor.

At 8:37 a.m., Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to go into Executive Session to discuss the following agenda items:

1. King declaratory ruling - written legal opinion - discussion.
2. PJERS calculations - written legal opinion - discussion.
3. MEB update - written legal opinion - discussion.
4. Bouchard - pending litigation - discussion.
5. Thompson - pending litigation - discussion.
6. Carter - pending litigation - discussion.
7. Walenski - pending litigation - discussion.
8. SAG Award. Written Legal Opinion
9. Negotiated SERS Changes: Written Legal opinion
and to invite Attorney Cieslak and Attorney Barth to participate in the discussions. All voted in favor.

At 10:47 a.m., Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to come out of Executive Session. All voted in favor.

At 10:48 a.m., Mr. Carey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to recommend to the Commission that it approve the Decision and Declaratory Ruling, prepared by Commission Counsel, in the matter of Dale H. King. All voted in favor.

At 10:52 a.m., the Chair asked if there was any old business to consider. There being none, Mr. Carey moved, seconded by Mr. Coffey to adjourn. All voted in favor. The meeting adjourned at 10:52 a.m.
