The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m. The purpose of this special meeting of the Subcommittee was to provide an opportunity for certain MERS Retirees to meet with the Subcommittee to follow up on their responses to the MERS Reemployment Survey.
The MERS Retirees who met, on an individual basis, with the Subcommittee were: Gregory Leonard, John Harkins III, Timothy Webb, William Discordia, Dolores Crawley, Charles Leavens, and James Flannigan. Each was scheduled for one half hour.
The meetings were concluded by 4:00 p.m. The Subcommittee discussed the information it had received and decided to take no action until Counsel prepares recommendations regarding each retiree. Transcripts of the meeting with each retiree will be prepared.
At 4:40 p.m., Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella, to adjourn. All voted in favor.
