The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:44 a.m.

At 8:45 a.m., Robert Coffey moved, seconded by Michael Carey to approve the agenda.  All voted in favor.

At 8:45 a.m., Chairman Adomeit called for new business. 

At 8:45 a.m., Robert Coffey moved, seconded by Michael Carey, to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing item nos. 1-13 on the agenda for executive session.  All voted in favor.  Commission Counsel and Commission Tax Counsel were invited into executive session for purposes of discussing all items.

At 9:32 a.m., Robert Coffey moved, seconded by Michael Carey, to come out of executive session. All voted in favor.

No motions were made regarding the items discussed in executive session.

At 9:33a.m., Chairman Adomeit called for Old Business.  No old business was discussed.

MEETING ADJOURNED:  At 9:33 a.m., Robert Coffey moved, seconded by Michael Carey, to adjourn.  All voted in favor.  Meeting adjourned.
