A Meeting to the Medical Examining Board was held on Friday, March 2,
2018, at the Office of the State Comptroller, 55 Elm Street, Room 208, Hartford,
Connecticut, 06106.

CALL TO ORDER
The Chairperson called meeting to order at 9:05 am.
Dr. Ghandour motioned to amend agenda, seconded by Dr. Lieders at 9:09 am.

Dr. Ghandour motioned to go into the Executive Session to discuss medical
condition(s) related to the applications for Disability Retirement, seconded by
Dr. Lieders at 9:11 am. Members of the Retirement Services Division, and the
General Counsel to the Commission were invited to stay during Executive Session.
Tanya Jasper left the meeting at 9:16 am. and returned at 9:20 am. Tanya Jasper
left the meeting at 10:23 am. and returned at 10:26 am.
1. Norman Bailey appeared before the Board at 10:23 am. He made a statement
and was excused by the Board at 10:26 a.m.
2. Robert Hyland appeared before the Board at 10:27 a.m. He made a statement and
was excused by the Board at 10:30 a.m.
3. Luis Muniz appeared before the Board at 10:31 a.m. He made a statement and
was excused by the Board at 10:33 a.m.
4. Demetra Punter appeared before the Board at 10:34 a.m. She made a statement
and was excused by the Board at 10:37 a.m.
