The meeting began at approximately 3:05 p.m.

Discussion was held with regard to the draft Connecticut Municipal Employees’ Retirement System (“MERS”) Annual Valuation as of June 30, 2018 (“2018 MERS Valuation”).

At 5:00 p.m., Claude Poulin moved, seconded by Michael Bailey, to recommend to the Commission that the Commission adopt the 2018 CMERS Valuation with 5-year direct rate smoothing. 

Michael Bailey, Karen Nolen and Claude Poulin voted in favor.  Charles Casella opposed.  The motion carried. 

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:10 p.m.
