Cavanaugh MacDonald's analysis of the impact that the January 2011 consolidation of the Probate Courts made to the financial condition of the Probate Judges & Employees Retirement System (PJERS) and the Probate Administrator's request for authorization to make additional employer contributions to the fund for both the current fiscal year 2010/2011 and for fiscal year 2011/2012.
