Subject:	Dues/Fees, Employees of Judicial Department and Division of Criminal Justice, AFSCME Local 749

AUTHORITY:

In accordance with the request of Local 749, the increase in the bi-weekly dues/fees deduction for employees belonging to Local 749 will not be effective with the pay period stated in the January 7, 2000 interdepartmental memorandum. The bi-weekly dues/fees deduction for employees belonging to Local 749 will remain at $11.13 until further notice.
