| Subject: | Dues/Fees Increase, Protective Services (NP-5) Bargaining Unit |
I. AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of the Protective Services Employees Coalition, the following dues/fees schedule will be implemented effective with the pay period January 1, 1999 through January 14, 1999 (check date January 29, 1999).

II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES (Bargaining Unit Code 09): The agency payroll staff must review the Employee Masterfile (Table Number, Sort Code and Bi-Weekly Earnings) to ensure that employees are coded for the appropriate dues/fees deduction in accordance with the above table. If necessary, the agency must change the table number to reflect salary changes that have occurred. The revised deduction rates will be entered centrally at the proper time.
