ATTENTION:Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers
SUBJECT: Changes in Dues/Fees Schedule, Protective Services (NP-5) Bargaining Unit
  1. AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of the Protective Services Employees Coalition, the following Dues/Fees Schedule will be implemented effective with the pay period July 18, 1997 through July 31, 1997 (check date August 15, 1997).

  2. PAYROLL PROCEDURES (Bargaining Unit Code 09): The agency payroll staff must review the Employee Masterfile (Table Number, Sort Code and Bi-Weekly Earnings). The agency payroll staff will enter the proper table number based on the salary brackets on DOE 76 or 77. The revised deduction rates will be entered centrally at the proper time.
