| SUBJECT: | 1997 Property Control Training Seminar |
The Office of the State Comptroller is pleased to present a training seminar on property control issues. This seminar will aid chief fiscal officers in conforming with the requirements of the Property Control Manual.
Several speakers will be presenting information on various aspects of property control. Planned topics include completing the CO-59, the Auditors' recommendations, and surplus property.
The half day seminar has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 23, 1997 at the Department of Transportation in Newington, CT. The seminar will be held from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.
Pre-registration is required. Due to space limitations, only one employee from each agency may register. Registrations will be accepted in the order in which they are received. Complete the attached registration form by March 26, 1997. A confirmation will be sent prior to the first day of the seminar.
