Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers
Subject:	Increase in AFSCME Dues/Fees, Bargaining Units NP-3 and P-2

AUTHORITY: In accordance with approval of the Union's request by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Office of Labor Relations, bi-weekly dues/fees will be increased for the subject bargaining units commencing with pay period December 6 through December 19, 1996 (check date January 3, 1997). The following listing reflects the pertinent bargaining units and/or locals and the new bi-weekly rates.
