Re: | Dependent Care Reimbursement Program |
During the month of November, Colonial Life and Accident Insurance Company will conduct enrollment for the Dependent Care Reimbursement Program (DCAP). Colonial representatives will be at key locations throughout the state to answer questions and provide application forms.
We will be distributing a payroll stuffer with the October 24 paychecks that will notify employees of the enrollment period and provide a list of dates and locations for information. We would appreciate your cooperation in helping to disperse the payroll stuffer to the greatest number of employees possible.
The DCAP program not only provides our employees with a way to save money on child and dependent care, it saves the state money as well. There will only be one notification for enrollment - the payroll stuffer - so it is important to achieve wide distribution.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
