MEMORANDUM NO. 95 - 19a
June 1, 1995
TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES
ATTENTION: | Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers |
SUBJECT: | Implementation of New Dun & Bradstreet Payroll System - Revised Date |
This is to inform you and your affected staff, that the implementation of the Dunn and Bradstreet Payroll System at the State Data Center has been delayed from checks dated July 7, 1995. The delay in implementing the Dunn and Bradstreet Payroll System at the State Data Center, is due to the scheduled phase-in of the State Coalition on Pay Equity (SCOPE Agreement). The Scope Agreement and other new contractual agreements must be implemented for the period checks dated July 21, 1995.
In order to allow agency payroll officers the maximum possible time to implement all of these agreements, I have agreed to delay our planned payroll conversion cut over date to the State Data Center. I hope this delay will ease the administrative burden for your affected staff. When the new check date for implementation of the Dunn and Bradstreet Payroll System at the State Data Center has been established, you will be notified.
If you have any questions regarding this delay, you may call Gary Reardon, Director of Central Payroll at 566-5143.
