The employee's educational record provides easy access to the status of an employee's tuition reimbursement application. Without having to review each application, a determination can be made as to the number of credits applied for in a given fiscal year or semester.
In addition, this record provides updated information of the educational development of an employee for upward mobility or promotional purposes.
