• All periods of employment eligible for participation in the Probate Judges and Employee Retirement System
• Periods of purchased service, which may include:
  • Prior military service (Maximum Three Years)
  • Prior General Assembly service (Maximum Three Years)
  • Restoration of Refunded Retirement Contributions (No Maximum)
