RESERVED RETAINED EARNINGS, RESERVED FUND BALANCES, AND CONTRIBUTED CAPITAL

Reserved Retained Earnings
Bradley International Airport, an enterprise fund, has $29.5 million restricted for debt service requirements and other programs of the airport. The Connecticut Lottery Corporation, an enterprise fund, has $9 thousand re-stricted for programs of the Corporation. The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, a component unit, has $390 million restricted for debt service requirements and other programs of the Authority. The Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority, a component unit, has $17.5 million restricted for specific purposes.
