The Accounts Payable Division within the Office of the State Comptroller is pleased to offer an electronic funds transfer (EFT) option for payment of invoices. Electronic payments are not subject to handling or mailing delays associated with checks and may be more convenient for your organization.
Enrolling in the program is as easy as submitting a properly completed application and a successful �penny� test transmission we conduct with your designated bank. Once enrolled, EFT payments will be securely deposited into your organization�s designated bank account as specified by you on the EFT election form.
