Subject:	Dues/Fees Increase, District 1199, New England Health Care Employees Union, P-1 and NP-6 Units
To:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers

I. AUTHORITY

In accordance with the request of the New England Health Care Employees Union, the following dues/fees increase will be implemented effective with the pay period December 25, 2015 through January 7, 2016 (check date January 22, 2016):

Deductions for employees paid bi-weekly:

1-20 hours paid for two weeks	58 hour's pay
20-40 hours paid for two weeks	58 hour's pay plus $3.69
40-60 hours paid for two weeks	81 hour's pay plus $3.69
60+ hours paid for two weeks	1.04 hour's pay plus $3.69

The minimum dues payment for employees paid bi-weekly is $10.15
The maximum dues payment for employees paid bi-weekly is $33.23

Effective with the pay period December 23, 2016 through January 5, 2017 (check date January 20, 2017), the minimum dues payment for employees paid bi-weekly will be $11.54, and the maximum will be $36.46.

II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES

Core-CT will make the necessary changes for the check dates referenced above.
