Attention:   Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Human Resource Officers
Subject:   Correction to Memorandum No. 2012-09, Engineering, Scientific and Technical (P-4) Bargaining Unit Employees

I. PURPOSE
This memo corrects the lump sum payment pay period contained in Section XII. A of Memorandum No. 2012-09, dated May 2, 2012.

II. SCHEDULED PAYMENT DATES
Lump sum payments for employees to be made whole. The pay periods covered should be 07/01/2013-08/25/2013.
