Attention: Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Human Resource Officers
Subject: Clarification to Memorandum No. 2012-09, Engineering, Scientific and Technical (P-4) Bargaining Unit Employees

I. PURPOSE
This memo clarifies the tuition reimbursement contained in Section II. B. of Memorandum No. 2012-09, dated May 2, 2012.

II. TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
No employee may be eligible for reimbursement for more than three (3) courses or twelve (12) credits in each year of the contract.

III. QUESTIONS
