I. AUTHORITY

In accordance with the request of AFSCME Council 4, the following dues/fees increase will be implemented effective with the pay period December 19, 2008 through January 1, 2009 (check date January 16, 2009).

II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES

Core-CT will make the necessary changes for the check date referenced above. *For the initiation fee, deduction code UIHED2, the agency will need to enter the correct amount.
