| Subject: | Increase in the Maximum Dues/Fees Deduction, District 1199, New England Health Care Employees Union, P-1 and NP-6 Units |
I. AUTHORITY
Effective January 1, 2006 the maximum dues payment for members of the New England Health Care Employees Union District 1199, SEIU will increase to $60.00 per month. The minimum dues, method of calculation, and Initiation Fees will all remain the same. The dues changes will increase effective with the pay period December 23, 2005 through January 5, 2006, with a check date of January 20, 2006.
II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES
The necessary changes will be made at Core-CT at the appropriate time for the check date referenced above.
III. DUES/FEES NEW SCHEDULE
The dues amount will equal:
| Bi-weekly deductions: | |
| 0-9.99 hours paid for the week | .46 hour's pay |
| 10-19.99 hours paid for the week | .46 hour's pay + $2.77 |
| 20-29.99 hours paid for the week | .69 hour's pay + $2.77 |
| 30 hours or more paid for the week | .92 hour's pay + $2.77 |
The maximum bi-weekly dues payment for each employee is $27.69.
The minimum bi-weekly dues payment for each employee is $6.92.
