Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers
Subject:	Addendum to Memorandum No. 2005-32, Military Leave - Benefits and Compensation

I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this memorandum is to amend Section III, part C of Memorandum No. 2005-32, dated October 2, 2005, to include the waiving of the collection of dues for the NP-8, CSEA SEIU Local 2001.

II. ADDITION

Dues and Fees: CSEA SEIU Local 2001 is waiving the collection of dues for the employees eligible for "part pay" who are members of the Correction Supervisors bargaining unit and are called into active military service.

III. GENERAL
