I. AUTHORITY: In accordance with the request of AFSCME, Council 4, the bi-weekly dues/fees deduction for employees belonging to Local 749 will be increased to $13.36 effective with the pay period April 16, 2004 through April 29, 2004 (check date May 14, 2004).
