MEMORANDUM NO. 2003-24a

TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers
Subject:	Addendum to Memorandum No. 2003-24 - Deferred Payment of Accrued Vacation and Sick Leave for Participants of the 2003 Early Retirement Incentive Program

The purpose of this memorandum is to correct information previously stated in Memorandum No. 2003-24.

The payments of accrued vacation and sick leave stated in Memorandum No. 2002-24, dated June 2, 2003, should be paid as follows:

One third of the amount on July 1, 2005 to be paid in check dated July 22, 2005, (pay period June 24, 2005 - July 7, 2005).
: One third of the amount on July 1, 2006 to be paid in check dated July 21, 2006, (pay period June 23, 2006 - July 6, 2006).
: One third of the amount on July 1, 2007 to be paid in check dated July 20, 2007, (pay period June 22, 2007 - July 5, 2007).
