TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers and Business Managers
Subject:	Statewide Forms - Core-CT

I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this memorandum is to advise all State agencies that many statewide forms will be changing with the implementation of Core-CT.

II. INSTRUCTIONS

Agencies are instructed not to order large quantities of forms from Vanguard Direct, since the forms may become obsolete when Core-CT is implemented in 2003. Agencies that have submitted exceptions (electronic versions) to statewide forms to this office will be required to resubmit them for review at a later date. More information regarding forms and Core-CT will be forthcoming.
