ADDENDUM

TO THE HEADS OF ALL STATE AGENCIES

Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, Payroll and Personnel Officers
Subject:	Increase in GSA Mileage Reimbursement Rate - Revision

I. PURPOSE: The purpose of this memorandum is to revise the implementation date stated in Section IV of Memorandum No. 2002-03 in accordance with the Federal Register dated January 15, 2002 and General Notice 2002-01 dated February 7, 2002 from the Office of Labor Relations.
: II. IMPLEMENTATION DATE: The mileage reimbursement rate increase is effective for travel on or after February 20, 2002 for employees using personally owned vehicles for official State business. The rate will be increased from 34.5 cents per mile to 36.5 cents per mile.
