Attention:	Chief Administrative and Fiscal Officers, Business Managers, and Payroll and Personnel Officers
Subject:	Dues/Fees Increases, CSEA Bargaining Units

I. AUTHORITY

In accordance with a request from the Connecticut State Employees Association (CSEA), bi-weekly union dues and agency fees will be increased effective with the pay period July 27, 2001 through August 9, 2001 (check date August 24, 2001).
: The CSEA bargaining units to be affected are:

II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES

Agency payroll staff should ensure that all employees within each of the above bargaining units are properly coded; i.e., correct bargaining unit and union codes, table number, and sort code. The Comptroller's Payroll Services Division will enter the revised deduction rate at the proper time.
