Subject:	Increase in Union Dues/Fees, Judicial Professional Employees Union, AFT/CFEPE, AFL-CIO

I. AUTHORITY: The Judicial Department Professional Employees have approved the AFT/CFEPE request that the bi-weekly dues/fees for the subject members be increased to $15.00. This increase will be effective with the pay period of December 14, 2001 to December 27, 2001 (check date January 11, 2002).

II. PAYROLL PROCEDURES: The Agency payroll staff must review the Employee Masterfile (Table Number and Sort Code) to ensure that the dues/fees deduction will be properly updated. The Comptroller's Payroll Services Division will enter the revised deduction rate at the proper time.
