The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:02 A.M. Mr. Luciano made a motion to go into Executive Session, seconded by Mr. Greatorex at 9:07 a.m. for purposes of discussing strategies with the attorneys concerning the Section 415 matter. The Chairman requested that Brenda Halpin, Director of Retirement Services Division be allowed to remain. Mr. Casella made a motion to go out of Executive Session, seconded by Ms. Brown-Brewton at 11:10 a.m. The Chairman reported that the meeting was for discussion only.

ADJOURNMENT

Meeting was adjourned at 11:14 A.M.
