CALL TO ORDER

The Chairman called the meeting to order at 10:12 AM
Mr. Luciano moved, seconded by Mr. McLellan to move into Executive Session.

At 11:13 AM Mr. McLellan moved, seconded by Ms. Brown-Brewton to return to Regular Session. All voted in favor

Unanimous Decision

There was a brief discussion reiterating the necessity of not going forward with the SEBAC ARP Grievance Award until further guidance from outside Counsel.

Ms. Brown-Brewton moved, seconded by Ms. Yelmini to direct outside Counsel to pursue the Private Letter Ruling with the IRS once it is determined to be efficient and feasible to do so. All voted in favor

Unanimous Decision

ADJOURNMENT

Ms. Brown-Brewton moved, seconded by Mr. Greatorex to adjourn the meeting at 11:16 AM. All voted in favor
