Action: Mr. Coffey moved; Mr. Caliendo second to recommend to the Commission to deny the request for a waiver of repayment of an overpayment as Mr. Fewell failed to meet all the statutory and regulatory requirements required for approval. Unanimous decision.
Francis Light (MERS) - (member)
Overpayment due to receiving a workers compensation benefit.
Action: Mr. Culley moved; Mr. Coffey second to recommend to the Commission to deny the request for a waiver of repayment of an overpayment as Ms. Light failed to meet all the statutory and regulatory requirements required for approval. Unanimous decision.
Louis Rascoe (MERS) - (member)
Overpayment due to receiving a workers compensation benefit.
Action: Mr. Coffey moved; Mr. Culley second to recommend to the Commission to deny the request for a waiver of repayment of an overpayment as Ms. Light failed to meet all the statutory and regulatory requirements required for approval. Unanimous decision.

Overpayment due to receiving a social security disability benefit
Action: Mr. Culley moved; Mr. Coffey second to recommend to the Commission to deny the request for a waiver of repayment of an overpayment as Ms. Hoyle failed to meet all the statutory and regulatory requirements required for approval. Unanimous decision of members voting - Mr. Casella abstained.

Action: Mr. Coffey moved; Mr. Caliendo second to recommend to the Commission to deny the request for a waiver of repayment of an overpayment as Mr. Santana failed to meet all the statutory and regulatory requirements required for approval. Unanimous decision.

Action: Mr. Coffey moved; Mr. Casella second to recommend to the Commission to deny the request for a waiver of repayment of an overpayment as Ms. Corthouts failed to meet all the statutory and regulatory requirements required for approval. Unanimous decision.

deny her a waiver. Her hearing has been set for 10:45 am: both she and her
attorney, Donald G. Walsh Esq. plan to attend.
16. REQUEST RECEIVED FROM DANIEL MICARI THAT THE COMMISSION REVIEW AND RECONSIDER ITS DENIAL OF HIS REQUEST TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL RETIREMENT CREDIT IN TIER II FOR HIS PRIOR SERVICE WITH THE STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS.
