A. Barry Beecher (MERS) - (optionee) Overpayment due to spouse (MERS member) receiving a social security disability award and spouse did not report it to MERS.
B. Thomas Ceccarini (SERS) - Overpayment due to family Soc. Sec. Award
C. Darryl Mickey (SERS) - Mr. Mickey's pension was subject to a QCDRO and 40% of his benefit was given to his ex-spouse. The Supreme Court ruled that the trial court made an error in determining spousal entitlement to a portion of the disability pension so that the ex-spouse had been paid more than she should. Mr. Mickey claims he has been underpaid and seeks the difference not from his ex-spouse but rather from SERS.
D. Beverly Trillo (MERS) - (optionee) Overpayment due to spouse receiving wrong benefit due to incorrect wage information.
E. Elizabeth Turner (MERS) - (optionee) Overpayment due to spouse receiving wrong benefit due to incorrect wage information.
F. Leonard Young (MERS) - Overpayment due to receiving a social security
disability award and not reporting it to MERS.
