Present were Peter Blum, Chair; Trustees Stephen Caliendo, Charles Casella, Robert Coffey, Thomas Culley.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Peter Blum at 10:05 AM.

A motion was made by Thomas Culley, seconded by Stephen Caliendo to go into Executive Session for purposes of discussing preliminary suggestions concerning legal changes to the Commission' s current waiver/overpayment regulations and to invite Division staff members Mark Ojakian (Deputy Comptroller and Acting Director), Karen Buffkin (Counsel for the Comptroller) and Helen Kemp (Division Counsel) into the meeting to provide information to the members.

Executive session began at 10:08 AM.

A motion was made by Charles Casella at 12:05 PM, seconded by Thomas Culley to close Executive Session.

Move to adjourn the meeting was made by Thomas Culley, seconded by Thomas Culley to adjourn the meeting at 12:07 PM.
