MINUTES OF MARCH 17, 2010 MEETING

Present were Peter Blum, Chair; Trustees Stephen Caliendo, Charles Casella, Robert Coffey, Thomas Culley. Also present by invitation was Division staff member Helen Kemp (Assistant Director and Division Counsel) to provide information to the subcommittee members.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss preliminary suggestions concerning legal changes to the Commission's current waiver/overpayment regulations.

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Peter Blum at 1:10 PM.

Mr. Coffey left the meeting at approximately 2:15 PM.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 3:55 p.m.

The next meeting of the Regulation and Overpayment Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 19, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Agenda items will include both waiver requests and continued discussion on preliminary suggestions concerning legal changes to the Commission's current waiver/ overpayment regulations.
