MINUTES OF THE August 9, 2013 MEETING

The meeting started at 1:05 p.m.

During this fact finding conference the Subcommittee discussed the claim of David Carter (SERS). Attorneys Sandler and Mara, presented their claim on behalf of David Carter regarding his reduced pension benefit and the limitations due to Internal Revenue Code Section 415.

Mr. Coffey made a motion to refer this matter to the Legal and Personnel Subcommittee which was seconded by Mr. Casella. All voted in favor.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:05 p.m.
