MINUTES OF THE APRIL 10, 2013 MEETING

TRUSTEES PRESENT: Michael Carey, Charles Casella, Robert Coffey, Laila Mandour

OTHERS PRESENT: Brenda Halpin and Virginia Brown

The meeting began at approximately 2:10 p.m.

The Subcommittee discussed the Proposed SERS and CMERS Overpayments Processes and Procedures. Due to the length of time spent discussing the processes and procedures the remainder of the agenda on requests for waivers of overpayments was held until the next meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
