The purpose of this meeting is to discuss in Executive Session procedures, policies and protocols relative to the waiver process and to make potential recommendations to the Commission (if any and as appropriate) with regard to such items as fault, financial hardship, repayment guidelines and similar issues. No actual requests for waivers will be discussed at this meeting.
