The meeting began at approximately 12:35 p.m.
The following matters were discussed:
- The need to obtain information to assist the subcommittee in hiring legal counsel
- The status of pending matters before outside counsel
- The need for assistance in responding to a request for an opinion regarding a partial withdrawal from CMERS
- The need for more information regarding pending administrative appeals.
No motions were made regarding these matters.
Mr. Coffey moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:00 p.m. Mr. Casella second.
Unanimous decision.
