The meeting began at approximately 10:06 p.m. Mr. Coffey moved, second by Mr. Fortier to go into executive session with both division and outside private counsel present to discuss the status and strategy with regard to the litigation entitled HHB- CV12-6015373 Bouchard et al. v. State Employees Retirement Commission. Unanimous decision.
Mr. Carey moved, second by Mr. Coffey to come out of executive session at approximately 10:50 a.m. Unanimous decision The meeting was adjourned.
No motions were made outside of executive session.
