Present: Commission Chairman Peter Blum and Trustees Michael Carey, Charles Casella, Robert Coffey and Paul Fortier, Attorney Michael Rose and Attorney Nicole Dorman
The meeting was called to order at 8:45. Mr. Carey moved and Mr. Casella seconded to go into Executive Session to discuss a personal service agreement with Robinson and Cole, to interview representatives from the law firm of Rose Kallor and to discuss a personal services agreement with the firm, the Bouchard case and the draft compliance document from Ice Miller and to invite Chairman Blum and Attorney Michael Rose and Attorney Nicole Dorman were invited to attend. The motion was approved unanimously.
At 9:55 a.m. Mr. Fortier moved and Mr. Casella seconded to come out of Executive Session. The motion was approved unanimously. Mr. Carey moved, seconded by Mr. Fortier to recommend to the Commission that it enter into a personal services agreement with the law firm of Rose Kallor. The motion was approved unanimously.
At 10:30, Mr. Coffey moved, seconded by Mr. Casella to adjourn. The
motion was approved unanimously.
